Can I transfer my loan?

Once you've accepted your loan terms, the disbursement of your loan credits can only be used on your selected store partner and cannot be transferred. 

How soon will I redeem my CLiQQ loan?

Your store credit is available immediately after you accept our loan offer. This will come in the form of a voucher code that your will copy and paste into your CLiQQ app via the "Load Wallet" option on the CLiQQ app. 

What do I do if the CLiQQ app states that my code is invalid?

We apologize for the inconvenience, please make sure your CLiQQ app is updated to the latest version. You may also try clearing your cache on the CLiQQ app and logging in again before putting in the code generated from our Plentina app.

How do I claim my SMART Prepaid Load Loan?

Your SMART Prepaid Load Loan should immediately be disbursed for your use to the active prepaid SMART number you have inputted on the  'Accept Loan Offer' page of the Plentina app. Our app sends it out immediately upon accepting the loan but receiving time is subject to your mobile's connectivity. 

Why is my SMART number not being accepted?

Make sure that the format you are using is (639XX) instead of (09XX) on the Plentina app. Please also make sure that the service provider is a prepaid SMART or TNT network. 

What is the Php 5 SMART Promo Bonus?

The Php 5 bonus is available to first time borrowers of the Php 100 SMART Load Loan offer. If you are borrowing SMART Php 100 Load for the first time, you will be given an extra PHP 5 load upon repaying this loan on time!

What do I need to avail of the PLDT WiFi Load Loan Offer?

Make sure you have an active PLDT Prepaid Home WiFi Modem and the myPLDT app installed on your smartphone to view your load wallet and to avail of PLDT WiFi Prepaid promos. 

If you do not have a  PLDT Prepaid Home WiFi Modem yet, you may purchase your Home WiFi device through any of the following Sales Channels: PLDT Stores, Smart Retail Stores, Accredited Smart and PLDT Regional Distributors, Key Accounts and Resellers.

How do I claim and use my PLDT WiFi Load Loan Offer?

Simply input your PLDT Prepaid WiFi number once you’ve selected the PLDT WiFi Load Loan Offer in the app. Once you’ve accepted the loan offer, this should immediately be disbursed to your PLDT load wallet visible on your myPLDT app screen.

Make sure to avail of a FamLoad Promo with your PLDT WiFi Load wallet in your myPLDT app to use your loaned load for internet consumption.

What do I do if I have not received my PLDT WiFi Load Loan?

Please make sure you have entered the correct PLDT Prepaid WiFi number for disbursement. Please also make sure to double-check your previous wallet balance to see if there was no increase of your loaned amount. 

If you have entered an active and your correct PLDT Prepaid Home WiFi number, your loaned credits should reflect in your wallet balance on the myPLDT app.

What do I need to avail of the Agoda e-Voucher Loan Offer?

Make sure you have an active Agoda registered account in order to use the e-vouchers to book your accommodation. Once you’ve accepted the loan offer, you can then book your loan through agoda.com/plentina

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Make sure to avail your Agoda booking using the agoda.com/plentina site on an updated desktop or mobile browser.

How do I claim and use my Agoda e-Voucher Loan Offer?

Once you’ve availed an Agoda loan offer, go to agoda.com/plentina and select your accommodation for your desired travel date and destination. Make sure your selected hotel accommodation has the promo eligible tag for you to use your Agoda code.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Upon selecting your promo eligible accommodation, proceed to reservation, and input your Agoda code on the voucher code box on the left side of your screen, above the total price. Upon entering your Agoda code, your loaned amount should be deducted from your total accommodation fee.

You can then proceed to check out, reserve your accommodation, and use it on your selected vacation date!

Where are the promo eligible hotels?

 

 

 

Make sure you are booking and looking up your accommodation on the agoda.com/plentina site. The main Agoda site will NOT reflect promo-eligible hotels for you to redeem your voucher code. Promo eligible hotels on the agoda.com/plentina site will have a yellow “PROMO ELIGIBLE” tag on the hotel search screen.

Puregold and Southstar Drug (Powered by Sharetreats)

What do I need to borrow Puregold or Southstar Drug loans?

 

Make sure to have an active mobile number for disbursement of your Puregold or Southstar Drug e-Voucher. Your e-Voucher will be an SMS text message containing your e-voucher code.

How do I claim and use my Puregold or Southstar Drug e-Vouchers?

Simply present the SMS text message containing your Puregold or Southstar Drug e-Voucher upon checkout at your selected store. 

The cashier will scan your SMS e-Voucher and you can now use your loaned amount for purchase!

What do I do if I have not received my Puregold and/or Southstar Drug e-Vouchers?

Once you’ve accepted our loan offer, your borrowed e-Voucher should immediately be sent to the mobile number you’ve entered for disbursement. Make sure to double-check the mobile number you’ve entered.

Puregold FAQs

What are the Terms of Use of Puregold e-Vouchers?

Terms of Use

• The e-Voucher is for one-time use only.

• e-Voucher is valid immediately after receiving it, and code validity will be for 60 days.

• Orders cannot be cancelled once it is being processed. No refunds and cancellation will be entertained. 

• The discount e-Voucher can only be used to pay for purchases of equal amount or more. It cannot be used for purchases lower than the discount eVoucher amount. No change will also be issued.

• Extra charges will apply to items purchased more than the value of the eVoucher.

• The e-Voucher is not convertible to cash and not to be sold. 

• The e-Voucher cannot be used to purchase cigarette and tobacco products.

Southstar Drug FAQs

What are the Terms of Use of Southstar Drug e-Vouchers?

Terms of Use

  • Upon redemption, the customer must provide a valid prescription if applicable.

  • The e-Voucher is for one-time use only.

  • The e-Voucher may not be used in conjunction with senior/PWD and other discounts and promotions.

  • Only one voucher will be allowed per checkout.

  • Extra charges will apply to items purchased in excess of the value of the eVoucher.

  • e-Voucher is valid immediately after receiving it, and code validity will be for 60 days.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once it is being processed. No refunds and cancellation will be entertained. 

  • The e-Voucher is not convertible to cash and not to be sold. 

  • The e-Voucher is not applicable to any milk products.

  • Acceptance of item exchange will not be accepted unless the customer strictly complies with the following conditions:

    • Exchange of items takes place by the end of day of the following day from the original purchase.

    • Exchange of items must be duly supported by a Tape Receipt covering the sale of the exchanged Goods.

    • Exchange was made at Principal’s branch where the item was originally purchased.

    • Goods were exchanged with complete tags and labels with no defect or damage, except for Goods with visible factory defects or were clearly expired.

    • Exchange items must be in their original box, unopened and untampered.

  • Refund of items will not be accepted.

Jollibee FAQs

What are the Terms of Use of Jollibee e-Vouchers?

Terms of Use

  •  Available for dine in and take out orders only.

  • Not valid for delivery and drive-through.

  • eVoucher is valid immediately after receiving it, and code validity will be for 60 days.

  • It can be redeemed only in participating Merchant branches within the valid period.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once it is being processed. No refunds and cancellation will be entertained. 

  • eVoucher is not exchangeable for cash or credit and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promo or discount.

  • The Merchant is responsible for the quality of their products and/or services.

  • Jollibee store has redemption guidelines to follow. For more than 10 redemptions, it is highly advisable to call store in advance to manage waiting time and please expect longer waiting time for the store to validate codes.

National Book Store FAQs

What are the Terms of Use of National Book Store e-Vouchers?

Terms of Use

  • National Bookstore eVoucher codes have no expiration.

  • National Bookstore eVoucher codes can be used in multiple transactions. NBS will release an eVoucher receipt if the Plentina user has not used the full amount yet with the same code for the unliquidated amount. This will be given to the Plentina user so that the customer may be able to use the voucher receipt again on their next purchase*.

  • *Note: Customers cannot redeem the remaining amount in the voucher code if the voucher receipt has been lost.

  • National Bookstore eVoucher codes can be used in combination with any mode of payment within the same transaction.

  • The eVoucher is not exchangeable for cash. 

  • This is available for all in-store National Bookstore purchases. 

  • The eVoucher can be redeemed in all National Bookstore branches nationwide. 

  • This eVoucher can be used in conjunction with other National Bookstore promos. 

Where can I use my National Book Store e-Vouchers?

You may use your National Book Store e-Voucher in the all National Book Store branches. Click here to see the list of branches.

How do I claim and use my National Book Store e-Vouchers?

  • Simply present your National Bookstore e-Voucher code shown in your Plentina app upon checkout at your selected store. 

  • The NBS cashier will scan your 20-digit e-Voucher code and you can now use your loaned amount for purchase!

  • If the full amount of the e-Voucher code is not maximized, the cashier will automatically generate a voucher receipt with the same code for the unused amount. You may use and present this voucher receipt on your next purchase at National Bookstore. 

  • A voucher receipt will be generated after every unmaximized transaction.

What do I do if I have not received my National Book Store e-Vouchers?

  • Once you’ve accepted our loan offer, your borrowed e-Voucher should immediately show in your Plentina app screen for disbursement.
