How does Plentina protect my privacy?

Plentina is data-privacy compliant and prioritizes protection of your data security. We will never release your data to third parties without your consent.

What if I lost or switched my current phone? 

If your new device has access to the Google Playstore, simply download and install the Plentina app and log in with your account details in order to continue using our services. 

Unfortunately, if your new phone does not have access to the Google Playstore, please standby- we'll let your know once we are available on the other app platforms. If you have an outstanding loan, please reach out to us at
 repayments@plentina.com for us to accommodate your repayment. 

How can I further ensure that my data is secure?

Do not share your password and other personal information with anyone as this would put your account at risk.

How can I recover my account if I have forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password, simply click on "Forgot Password" on the login page of the Plentina app. You should receive a password reset link in the email you used to register on Plentina.

Why did my account get blocked?

Account blockers are in place for your account's safety. These blockers ensure that you are the only one who will receive your loan disbursements and prevent scammers from impersonating your account.

Can I share my voucher codes to anyone?

Do not share your voucher codes with anyone as this would put your voucher at risk.
