What happens when I repay my loan on time?
Being a good borrower and repaying your loan on time allows you to gain a higher credit score and borrow higher amounts the next time you use our services.
Are there transaction fees when repaying my loans through GCash and GrabPay?
No, we currently DO NOT charge any transactions fees for repayments. However we cannot guarantee that our payment channels do not charge transactions fees for using their platforms.
What happens when I don't pay for my store credit loan on time?
You will receive reminders to pay for your outstanding loans when they are overdue. You will also be charged a penalty. Details of the required amount will be shown in the app.

Do I have to repay my loan even if I didn’t use it?
Yes, you still have to pay the loan. We disburse our partners' voucher codes like CLiQQ credits. These are considered good as cash and used once you receive the code after accepting our loan offer. Please make sure to repay on time to avoid penalties. Be sure to reach out to us at customerservice@plentina.com if you have issues with redeeming your voucher codes with our partners.
How do I know that my repayment was successfully processed?
Once you repay your loan electronically or over-the-counter with GCash or GrabPay, your Plentina app should immediately reflect this successful repayment.
Why isn't my repayment reflected on the app even if I already repaid my loan?
After repayment, please make sure that you have exited the Feedback Survey window by tapping on "Feedback Survey" or "Maybe Later". If this persists, please also make sure to tap on your outstanding loan card to view full posting of your payment.
Please take note that there may also be instances where posting of payment by GCash or GrabPay is reflected 1-2 business days later. No late payment fees will be incurred despite this issue.
Why isn’t my repayment reflected on the app even if I already repaid my loan?
Please refresh the app as there might be a delay with the posting of your payment. There may also be instances that posting of payment by GCash/GrabPay is reflected 1-2 business days later. No late payment fees will be incurred despite this issue.
What do I do if I was debited twice for my repayment?
According to our payment partners, your second payment should be refunded to your account within 24 hours. If you still haven’t received your refund after this time, please reach out to us at repayments@plentina.com for us to assist you further.
