- Wait for your registration to be approved. You’ll receive a push notification when your Plentina application has been approved.

Select your loan

Select the Isetann Supermarket offer and the repayment plan that you wish to avail.

Review and accept your loan offer

Review and accept the loan terms for the offer to receive your e-voucher code.

Use your Plentina to shop at Isetann

Shop at Isetann Supermarket's participating stores, and present your e-voucher code at the cashier.

Repay your Plentina loan

Pay your loan according to the agreed terms to get a higher credit score.

Terms of use

Isetann Supermarket e-Voucher codes have no expiration.
Isetann Supermarket e-Voucher codes can be used in combination with any mode of payment within the same transaction.
The e-Voucher is not exchangeable for cash.
This is available for all in-store Isetann Supermarket purchases.
The e-Voucher can be redeemed in all Isetann Supermarket branches in Metro Manila. This e-Voucher can be used in conjunction with other Isetann promos.
This e-Voucher can only be redeemed in a single transaction. For purchases less than the voucher amount, the remaining unused amount will be forfeited.

What if the cashier does not recognize the Isetann Supermarket e-Voucher?

If the cashier does not recognize the e-Voucher, please inform them that the e-Voucher is from Plentina. You may also email customerservice@plentina.com so we can assist with claiming.

If the total amount of my purchase is LESS than the amount of my Isetann Supermarket e-Voucher, can I still use the remaining amount for future purchases?

No. If the full amount of the e-Voucher code is not used, the remaining amount cannot be redeemed anymore. We encourage you to use the full amount of your Isetann Supermarket e-Voucher in your transaction.

If the total amount of my purchases is MORE than the amount of my Isetann Supermarket e-Voucher, how do I pay for my remaining bill?

If the full amount of your purchase exceeds your e-Voucher amount, you can pay for the remaining amount using cash, credit card, debit card, or other Isetann vouchers.

I'm a PWD/Senior Citizen Card holder. Can I still avail of my discount when I pay using the Isetann Supermarket e-Voucher?

Yes. Your discount as a PWD/Senior Citizen card holder will be honored when you pay using the Isetann Supermarket e-Voucher.

How much can I borrow through the Isetann Supermarket e-Voucher loan offer?

You may choose among the following denominations (subject to your current credit limit): Php 100, Php 250, Php 500, Php 750, and Php 1000. You can check the loan offers available to you on your Plentina app.

I want to buy more from Isetann Supermarket, but my credit limit is only Php 100. Can I have more than one Isetann Supermarket e-Voucher loan?

No. Each Plentina user is only allowed to have one (1) outstanding loan at any given time. If you wish to avail more Isetann Supermarket e-Voucher loans, you have to repay your outstanding balance before you can accept another Plentina loan.

Does my e-Voucher expire?

The Isetann Supermarket e-Voucher has no expiration date. You can redeem it any time.
