Complete your registration by submitting a selfie and a photo of your government ID.

Wait for your registration to be approved. You’ll receive a push notification when your Plentina application has been approved.

Select your loan

Select the Zalora offer and the repayment plan that you wish to avail.
Review and accept your loan offer

Review and accept the loan terms for the offer to receive your e-voucher code.
Use your Plentina to shop at Zalora

Go to the Zalora app or zalora.com.ph website.

Add items to the cart and select the payment method.

There are 2 ways to use your Plentina e-voucher
1. USING THE APP:
Go to "Account" and click "Wallet". Enter the eGift Voucher code on the "Gift Card" field and click on the "APPLY" button.
2. USING THE WEBSITE:
Go to "Account" and click "Wallet". Enter the eGift Voucher code on the "Gift Card" field or "Add Credit" and, click on the "APPLY"
Repay your Plentina loan

Zalora Gift Cards can only be redeemed through www.zalora.com.ph using the unique voucher code from Plentina.

Zalora Gift Cards are not exchangeable for cash.

Zalora Gift Cards are valid for 5 years and will expire thereafter. No refunds or replacements will be made for expired gift cards.

Zalora Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Products purchased using Zalora Gift Cards are not refundable in cash. Refunds will be given in the form of store credit.

How do I use my Zalora eGift Voucher?
1. Upon accepting a Loan Offer for Zalora, your Zalora Gift Card code will be shown in your Plentina app. Copy this code.
2. Visit www.zalora.com or download the Zalora app and and log in to your Zalora account.

USING THE APP:
Go to "Account" and click "Wallet" and apply the eGift Voucher code on the "Gift Card" field. You now have the amount in your Zalora wallet. The balance of your wallet credit will automatically be applied to your next purchase at checkout.

USING THE WEBSITE:
Go to "My Wallet" and apply the eGift Voucher code on the "Enter gift card code here" field or "Add Credit". You now have the amount in your Zalora wallet. This will automatically deduct the amount of your order.

How much can I loan through the Zalora Gift Card loan offer?
You may choose among the following loan offers (subject to your current limit): Php 1000, Php 2000, Php 3000, Php 4000, and Php 5000.
Do I need to have a Zalora account to use the Zalora Gift Card?
Yes, you must have an existing Zalora account to redeem the Zalora Gift Card. Click here to create an account on the Zalora website. You may also create an account through the Zalora mobile app.
Does the Zalora Gift Card have an expiry?
The Zalora Gift Card is valid for 5 years.
Where can I use Zalora Gift Card?
The Zalora Gift Card can be availed only online through www.zalora.com or through the Zalora app using the unique voucher code found in your Plentina app.
What if my purchase amount from Zalora is MORE than my Zalora Gift Card amount?
The Zalora Gift Card will be deducted from your total bill. You may pay for the remaining amount through Zalora's other payment methods.
What if my purchase amount from Zalora is LESS than my Zalora Gift Card amount?
You can still keep the change from your Zalora Gift Card and use it for future transactions. Just make sure to keep a copy of your Zalora Gift Card code.
Can I convert my Zalora Gift Card to cash?
No. The Zalora eGift Voucher can only be used as online store credit to purchase goods online at www.zalora.com.
