Register for a Plentina account using the Plentina app

Complete your registration by submitting a selfie and a photo of your government ID.

Wait for your registration to be approved. You’ll receive a push notification when your Plentina application has been approved.

Select your loan

Select the offer you wish to avail of and the repayment plan of your choosing.

Review and accept your loan agreement to receive your voucher presented through a barcode.

The voucher has no expiration date.

The voucher may be used to purchase any item from your chosen Robinsons-affiliated store.

The voucher can be used multiple times for different transactions. You may use a portion of your voucher to purchase from a different Robinsons brand.

The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

Printed codes are not accepted. Vouchers must be shown from a phone or any electronic device.

If your purchase exceeds the value of the voucher, the balance must be paid by the customer through cash, debit, or credit card.

The customer is responsible for the safekeeping of the voucher. Plentina and Robinsons Supermarket will not be responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.

Depending on your credit limit, you may choose among the following loan amounts: Php 500 and Php 1000.
Where can I use the RRHI voucher code?
You may use your code in any of the Robinsons Supermarket branches nationwide. You may also use this voucher to purchase any item under the Robinsons brands such as Shopwise, The Marketplace, Robinsons Easymart, No Brand, Robinsons Department Store, Robinsons Builders, ToysRUs, Robinsons Appliances, Savers Appliances, Handyman, True Value, Daiso, Benefit, Shiseido, HomePlus, Pet Lovers Centre, Toybox and Super50.
Does the RRHI voucher code have an expiration date?
The Robinsons Supermarket voucher has no expiration date.
What if my purchase amount from an RRHI store is MORE than my voucher amount?
For in-store purchases, if your purchase amount exceeds the value of the voucher, the customer will have to pay the excess amount through cash, debit, or credit card.
What if my purchase amount from an RRHI store is LESS than my voucher amount?
Each Robinsons Supermarket purchase will be deducted from your voucher balance until the amount is fully consumed. This means that you can use your eGC voucher in separate transactions or multiple purchases.
Can I convert my RRHI voucher to cash?
No, Robinsons Supermarket voucher cannot be converted to cash.
What items can I buy with the RRHI voucher?
You can buy any items that the Robinsons-affiliated store offers in their physical stores.
Can I cancel my RRHI loan in Plentina?
No, we do not allow loan cancellation for this brand. Please review loan terms carefully before accepting the loan.
Can I present a printed barcode to the cashier?
No, a printed voucher will not be accepted. Please present the barcode at the cashier using your mobile phone or any electronic device.
Can I use my RRHI voucher for online purchases?
No. Your voucher can be used for in-store purchases.
What if the cashier does not recognize the RRHI voucher?
If the cashier does not recognize the voucher, please inform them that the voucher is from Plentina. You may also email customerservice@plentina.com so we can assist with claiming.
Can I check my voucher balance?
Unfortunately, there’s no way for the customer to check remaining balances.
