Register for a Plentina account using the Plentina app

  • Register for a Plentina account,

    • Complete your registration by submitting a selfie and a photo of your government ID.

    • Wait for your registration to be approved. You’ll receive a push notification when your Plentina application has been approved.

Select your loan

  • Select the Puregold Loan Offer and the repayment plan that you wish to avail.

  • Review the loan terms for the loan offer you have selected

Input your mobile number for disbursement and accept your loan offer

  • Input your mobile number for disbursement of your Puregold SMS e-voucher code.

  • Accept the loan terms for the offer to receive your e-voucher code. 

Receive your Puregold e-voucher code

  • You will receive a Share Treats SMS containing your Puregold e-voucher code.​

Repay your Plentina loan

  • Pay your loan according to the agreed terms to get a higher credit score.

Terms of Use

  • The eVoucher is for one-time use only.

  • eVoucher is valid immediately after receiving it, and code validity will be for 60 days.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once it is being processed. No refunds and cancellation will be entertained. 

  • The discount eVoucher can only be used to pay for purchases of equal amount or more. It cannot be used for purchases lower than the discount eVoucher amount. No change will also be issued.

  •  Extra charges will apply to items purchased more than the value of the eVoucher.

  • The eVoucher is not convertible to cash and not to be sold. 

  • The e-Voucher cannot be used to purchase cigarette and tobacco products.

How do I use my Share Treats e-Voucher Loan Offer?

Make sure to have an active mobile number for disbursement. Your e-Voucher will be an SMS text message containing your e-voucher code.

 

  1. Upon accepting a Loan Offer, you will receive an SMS text message from ShareTreats containing your e-Voucher code.

  2. Present the SMS text message containing your e-Voucher code upon checkout at your selected store. 

  3. The cashier will enter your SMS e-Voucher!

Where can I find my Puregold e-Voucher Code?

Upon accepting a Puregold Loan Offer, you will receive a Share Treats SMS containing your Puregold  e-voucher code.​

If you are sure you have not received an SMS from Share Treats containing your Puregold e-Voucher code, you may open your Plentina app and click on your active Puregold Loan. 

Kindly double check if you have entered the correct mobile number and then click on "Resend". 

Please note that you can only resend your e-Voucher code once. If you still did not receive your Puregold e-Vocuher after clicking "Resend" you may request for assistance by sending an email to customerservice@plentina.com
