Register for a Plentina account using the Plentina app

Register for a Plentina account,

Complete your registration by submitting a selfie and a photo of your government ID.

Wait for your registration to be approved. You’ll receive a push notification when your Plentina application has been approved.

Select your loan

Select the PriceLOCQ offer and the repayment plan that you wish to avail.
Review and accept your loan offer

Review and accept the loan terms for the offer to receive your voucher code.
Use your Plentina voucher to shop at PriceLOCQ

Upon accepting a PriceLOCQ loan, the voucher will be shown in your Plentina app. Copy the voucher code.

Download PriceLOCQ on Google Play, the App Store or AppGallery and follow the steps to create an account. You will be asked to fill in your name, phone number, email and security digit PIN.

Once an account is created, log in using your registered mobile number and PIN.

In the home page, click on “Voucher,” enter the voucher code from the Plentina app and click “Use.” The value of the voucher will now be added to your peso balance.

To use your peso balance to buy fuel, go to the home page and select “Buy Fuel.” Then select the fuel product and enter the amount you want to purchase in liters or pesos. Once the product has been chosen, select the peso balance as the payment method.

To use your fuel balance at SEAOIL partner stations, visit a partner station, then go to your PriceLOCQ app home page and click on “Scan to Pay.” Select the fuel product and enter how many liters you want to redeem. Lastly, scan the QR code at the partner station.

The voucher has no expiration date and may be used to purchase any item on the PriceLOCQ mobile app.

The voucher will be added to your peso balance, which can be used multiple times.

The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

If your purchase exceeds the value of the voucher, the customer will be asked to cash in the excess amount through GCash, debit or credit card, online bank transfer, or over the counter.

You may download the PriceLOCQ app on Google Play, the App Store of AppGallery. You may use your voucher to top up your peso balance, which you may use to redeem your fuel product at select partner SEAOIL stations.
Where can I check the closest PriceLOCQ’s partner stations?
You may search the closest station in your area by clicking “Search Station” in the homepage of the PriceLOCQ app. The first station that will appear is the station closest to your area.
Does the PriceLOCQ voucher have an expiration date?
The PriceLOCQ voucher has no expiration date.
What if my purchase amount from PriceLOCQ is MORE than my voucher amount?
If your purchase exceeds the value of the voucher, you can pay the excess amount through GCash, debit or credit card, online bank transfer, or over the counter.
What if my purchase amount from PriceLOCQ is LESS than my voucher amount?
Since the PriceLOCQ voucher has been added to your peso balance, you may use the remaining amount for your next fuel purchase.
Can I convert my PriceLOCQ voucher to cash?
No, the PriceLOCQ voucher cannot be converted to cash.
Is there a minimum fuel purchase?
You will need to purchase at least 1 liter of fuel when using the PriceLOCQ app.
What types of fuel are available?
PriceLOCQ offers diesel, Gas 91, Gas 95, and Gas 97.
What happens if the location is not a partner store?
We recommend checking the participating station closest to your location before visiting a SEAOIL partner store. You may search the participating station closest to your area by clicking “Search Station” in the homepage of your PriceLOCQ app.
