- Wait for your registration to be approved. You’ll receive a push notification when your Plentina application has been approved.

Select your loan

Select the Philippine Airlines (PAL) Loan Offer and the repayment plan that you wish to avail.

Review and accept your loan offer

Review and accept the loan terms for the offer to receive your PAL e-Gift Card.

Use your PAL e-Gift Card to book your flight

1. Upon accepting a PAL loan, a 16 digit gift card number and a 6 digit PIN will be presented in the last screen. We will send you an email with details on how to use the code and PIN. Please expect to receive this email within one (1) business day from the time you accept the PAL loan offer.

2. Visit https://www.philippineairlines.com/en/ph and fill in the details in the flight search box.

3. Choose your preferred flight, and submit your personal information and identification document.

4. You may choose to select a seat and add travel insurance for an additional cost.

5. In the last screen before check out, add the Dear PAL E-Gift Card and PIN. Once filled, click “Add Voucher.”

6. Once done, proceed to checkout to complete the booking of your PAL flight.

The Dear PAL E-Gift Card has no expiration date and may be used to purchase tickets and/or travel extras on the philippineairlines.com website, PAL mobile app, PAL Ticket office, and PAL reservations hotline (632) 8855-8888
The Dear PAL E-Gift Card balance can be checked at https://giftcard.philippineairlines.com/en-ph/.
The Dear PAL E-Gift Card can be used multiple times for different transactions.
The Dear PAL E-Gift Card can be used to purchase any PAL Domestic or International flights
The Dear PAL E-Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash.
If your purchase exceeds the value of the Dear PAL E-Gift Card, the balance must be paid by the customer through cash, GCash, GrabPay, debit, or credit card through the direct PAL sales channels.
The Dear PAL E-Gift Card is fully transferable.
The Dear PAL E-Gift Card may be used to purchase tickets (including base fare, taxes, and fees) and/or Travel Extras (except for Travel Insurance and MyPal Upgrade).
In cases of flight disruptions or cancellations, the refund value will be credited back to the Dear PAL E-Gift Card used to purchase the tickets or Travel Extras (as applicable). Refund is in accordance with the Fare Conditions of the ticket.
Plentina and Philippine Airlines are not liable if any Dear PAL E-Gift number and PIN are lost, stolen, or used without the recipient's permission.

How will I receive the Dear PAL E-Gift Card and PIN?

The Dear PAL E-Gift number and PIN will be presented in the Plentina app screen after you have accepted the loan. The Dear PAL E-Gift Card will be indicated after the word “VOUCHER” while the PIN code will be indicated after the word “PIN.” In the below screenshot, the Dear PAL E-Gift Card is 1223334444555566 while the PIN is 222222.

An instruction will also be sent through email regarding the Dear PAL E-Gift Card and PIN.

What is a Dear PAL E-Gift Card?

The Dear PAL E-Gift Card (or GC) is a virtual Dear PAL E-Gift Card that you can use to purchase PAL Tickets and/or Travel Extras. You can select from a variety of card designs depending on occasion and send it with your personalized message.

Do Dear PAL E-Gift Cards expire?

Dear PAL E-Gift Cards do not have an expiration date. You can spend it in increments, and the remaining balance will be available until the total amount is fully used.

Can I refund my Dear PAL E-Gift Card?

No. Except as required by law, Dear PAL E-Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or converted to cash or credit.

How can I monitor the status of my Dear PAL E-Gift Card order?

You can check the Order Status at https://giftcard.philippineairlines.com/en-ph/ using the email confirmation you received with your Dear PAL E-Gift Card order number. Simply enter the unique Dear PAL E-Gift Card order number, the sender's first and last name, or the sender's email address in the fields provided.

Can I reload my Dear PAL E-Gift Card?

I have a PHP Dear PAL E-Gift Card. Can I use it to pay for a ticket in USD currency or vice versa?

No. Your Dear PAL E-Gift Card should match the currency of the ticket and Travel Extras you will purchase. The Dear PAL E-Gift Card’s value will not be converted to any currency, and currency upon purchase will be considered final.

Can I use the Dear PAL E-Gift Card to purchase tickets or Travel Extras for other people?

Yes. You may use the Dear PAL E-Gift Card (GC) to purchase tickets and/or Travel Extras for others.

If the purchase amount is equal to the available GC balance, the value will be fully used. If the purchase amount exceeds the GC’s redeemable balance, the excess may be paid through other acceptable forms of payment.

Can I use my Dear PAL E-Gift Card to pay for chargeable service at the airport upon check in?

No. Dear PAL E-Gift Cards cannot be used to pay for excess baggage or any chargeable service available at the airport.

How will I receive my refund if I voluntarily apply for it?

The value of the Dear PAL E-Gift Card will be credited back into your GC account, and if other forms of payment were used, the standard refund procedure will follow. Refund service fee and no-show fee may be applicable.

What do I need to claim my PAL loan offer?

You will need the Dear PAL E-Gift Card and the security PIN in order to claim the offer.

The Security PIN that you will see in the Plentina app after you have accepted the loan is a 6 digit number (ex: 123456) that is required for all transactions until the Dear PAL E-Gift Card value is fully consumed.
