Wait for your registration to be approved. You’ll receive a push notification when your Plentina application has been approved.

Select the NoBrand offer and the repayment plan that you want to avail.

Review and accept your loan offers for the offer to receive your voucher presented through a barcode.
Use your Plentina voucher to shop at any NoBrand branch

Shop at any NoBrand store and present the barcode in your Plentina app at the cashier. To access your barcode, open your Plentina app and tap on your active loan.
Repay your Plentina loan

Pay your loan according to the agreed terms to get a higher credit score.

The voucher has no expiration date.

The voucher may be used to purchase any item on all NoBrand branches nationwide.

The voucher can be used multiple times for different transactions. You may use a portion of your voucher to purchase from a different Robinsons brand.

The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

Printed codes are not accepted. Vouchers must be shown from a phone or any electronic device.

If your purchase exceeds the value of the voucher, the balance must be paid by the customer through cash, debit, or credit card.

Depending on your credit limit, you may choose among the following loan amounts: Php 500 and Php 1000.
Where can I use the NoBrand voucher code?
You may use your code in any of the NoBrand branches nationwide. You may also use this voucher to purchase any item under the Robinsons brands such as Robinsons Supermarket, The Marketplace, Robinsons Easymart, No Brand, Robinsons Department Store, ToysRUs, Robinsons Appliances, Savers Appliances, Handyman, True Value, Daiso, Benefit, Shiseido, Pet Lovers Centre, Toybox and Super50.
Does the NoBrand voucher code have an expiration date?
The NoBrand voucher has no expiration date.
What if my purchase amount from NoBrand is MORE than my voucher amount?
For in-store purchases, if your purchase amount exceeds the value of the voucher, the customer will have to pay the excess amount through cash, debit, or credit card.
What if my purchase amount from NoBrand is LESS than my voucher amount?
Each NoBrand purchase will be deducted from your voucher balance until the amount is fully consumed. This means that you can use your NoBrand voucher in separate transactions or multiple purchases.
Can I convert my NoBrand voucher to cash?
No, NoBrand voucher cannot be converted to cash.
What items can I buy with NoBrand voucher?
You can buy any items that NoBrand offers in their physical stores.
Can I cancel my NoBrand loan in Plentina?
No, we do not allow loan cancellation for this brand. Please review loan terms carefully before accepting the loan.
Can I present a printed barcode to the cashier?
No, a printed voucher will not be accepted. Please present the barcode at the cashier using your mobile phone or any electronic device.
Can I use my NoBrand voucher for online purchases?
No. Your voucher can be used for in-store purchases.
What if the cashier does not recognize the NoBrand voucher?
If the cashier does not recognize the voucher, please inform them that the voucher is from Plentina. You may also email customerservice@plentina.com so we can assist with claiming.
Can I check my voucher balance?
Unfortunately, there’s no way for the customer to check remaining balances.
