How it works

Register for a Plentina account.
- Complete your registration by submitting a selfie and a photo of your government ID.
- Wait for your registration to be approved. You’ll receive a push notification when your Plentina application has been approved.

Select your loan

Select the Grab offer and the repayment plan that you want to avail.
Review and accept your loan offers for the offer to receive your voucher presented through a barcode.

Use your Plentina voucher to shop online at Grab

Upon accepting a Grab loan, the voucher code will be shown in your Plentina app. Copy the voucher code.
If you don’t have a Grab account yet, download the app and create an account first. Open your Grab app then choose the “Gifts” icon. Then tap the “Gift” image at the upper right corner.
Key in the voucher code. You will then be directed to the card design screen once the short gift code is verified. Now click “Redeem your Gift”
You may now choose your preferred Grab service. Once chosen, click “Get your voucher”.
Once service has been selected, you may choose preferred denomination and voucher quantity as the voucher breakdown. Select “Confirm Your Voucher.”
You will then be directed to a page confirming that your voucher has been added to your rewards.
You may now see your voucher in the “My Rewards” page and apply it to your chosen Grab service.

Repay your Plentina loan

The Grab Universal voucher's validity period varies spanning from 1 to 6 months from date of acceptance. For any issues regarding code validity or to check the exact expiry date of your Grab Universal Code, please email customerservice@plentina.com.
The Grab Universal voucher may be used to purchase services on the Grab mobile app.
The Grab Universal Voucher can be used for the following Grab services - GrabCar, GrabFood, GrabMart, and GrabExpress. You may choose one type of service per voucher redeemed.
The Grab Universal voucher denominations of Php 500.00 and above can be split into smaller denominations.
The Grab Universal Voucher denomination of Php 300.00 cannot be split. This is a one-time use voucher.
The Grab Universal voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
If your purchase exceeds the value of the Grab Universal voucher, the balance must be paid by the customer through cash, GCash, GrabPay, debit, or credit card.
The Grab Universal voucher may not be used alongside other promo codes.
