Wait for your registration to be approved. You’ll receive a push notification when your Plentina application has been approved.

Select the Generali logo. Once selected, choose the Plentinasure by Generali package that you want to avail.

Once the package has been selected, choose your payment term. Review the details, and accept the offer.
Generali Insurance activation

Your Plentinasure by Generali insurance will be activated within 5 business days upon offer acceptance. You will receive an email and SMS once the plan has been activated.

Your Plentinasure by Generali insurance will expire depending on your chosen package. Your maturity date will be specified on the activation email provided.

Your Plentinasure by Generali covers (a) Group Personal Accident Core, (b) Unprovoked Murder Assault, (c), Motorcycling, (d) Permanent Disability, (e) Accidental Medical Reimbursement, (f) Burial Benefit due to Accident. There is additional coverage for customers who avail of the Personal Accident with Medical package, which includes (g) ER Operations and (h) 24/7 Call a Doc.

Your Plentinasure by Generali will be activated within 5 business days from the date of offer acceptance. You will receive an email confirmation and SMS regarding your activation.

When will my insurance incentive expire?
Your insurance incentive will expire depending on your chosen package. Our packages have durations of 1 month to 12 months.

What is Motorcycling Coverage?
This shall apply while the insured individual is riding or operating any motorized two-wheeled vehicle, except while such vehicle is being used for any race, speed test or exhibition, or when the insured individual is under the influence of liquor, narcotics, or prohibited drugs.
What is Accidental Medical Reimbursement Benefit Coverage?
This benefit pays for medical expenses if the insured individual receives medical treatment due to bodily injury that resulted solely and directly from an accident, subject to the limits of the plan.
What is Burial Assistance due to Accident?
This benefit augments burial expenses if a member dies as a result of an injury within one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of accident.
What is a Group Personal Accident or GPA?
Group Personal Accident or GPA provides an insured with additional life insurance protection. Generali will pay the Benefit Amount if the Insured Member dies as a result of Injury within 180 days from the date of accident. It also covers Accidental Disability Benefit, where Generali pays a percentage of Benefit Amount based on the Schedule of Indemnities if an insured member suffers any of the covered losses.
What is Accidental Medical Reimbursement?
The accidental disability benefit covers if an insured member suffers any of the recoverable losses as a result of an injury or accident.
What is 24/7 Call-a-Doc?
This benefit offers high-quality medical consultations over the phone. This means that you now have direct access to a qualified doctor for your daily healthcare needs, without having to visit a clinic or hospital, up to 6 teleconsultations with 24/Call-A-Doc. What is an Outpatient ER benefit or OP ER?
An Emergency Outpatient benefit or OP ER covers life threatening illness, accidental injury, or a sudden and unexpected onset of a condition requiring urgent medical or surgical care, which the member secures immediately after the onset, such as but not limited to the following:
a. Suturing (open wounds that need immediate suturing)
b. Loss of consciousness
c. Vomiting and diarrhea with danger of dehydration
d. Difficulty in breathing (extreme asthma attacks)
What is a Total Permanent Disability or TPD?
Total Permanent Disability (TPD) covers losses as a result of injury within 180 days from the date of accident.
Do I need to have my Generali insurance activated?
No, GLAPI will automatically process activation, and insured will receive an SMS confirmation within 48 hours from the date of purchase.
When is the effective date of my coverage?
Your activation date will be indicated on your activation email and SMS.
What should I do if I didn’t receive an SMS?
Generali will be sending an activation email aside from the SMS within 5 business days after the date of your acceptance. If you have not yet received the activation email within this timeframe, please reach out to customerservice@plentina.com.
