Use your Plentina voucher to shop at any SM Store branch

Shop at any participating brand store and present the Digital SM Gift Pass in your Plentina app at the cashier. To access your Digital SM Gift Pass, open your Plentina app and tap on your active loan.

Repay your Plentina loan

Pay your loan according to the agreed terms to get a higher credit score.

Terms of use

All availed unique Digital Gift Pass are only valid for redemption in participating SM Affiliates accepting Gift Pass:

The Gift Pass should be redeemed for a single-receipt transaction, one-time use only. Partial redemption is not allowed. If the total value of the Gift Pass is not used up, there will be no change applicable. If the total value of purchase goes beyond the applicable Gift Pass amount, the user will shoulder and pay the difference through any other payment modes accepted by the partner merchant.
This Digital SM Gift Pass is powered by Sodexo.
The Gift Pass code is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted to cash.
Partner merchant policies on acceptance of the Gift Pass code shall apply.
The Digital SM Gift Pass has no expiration date.
The Digital SM Gift Pass is not valid for online redemption.
The customer shall be fully responsible for the safekeeping of the Gift Pass as these are live and active upon availment. SM and/or Sodexo shall not be liable for any lost and/or stolen Gift Pass codes due to no fault of SM and/or Sodexo.

What if my purchase amount from SM is MORE than my Digital Gift Pass amount?

For in-store purchases, if your purchase amount exceeds the value of the Digital SM Gift Pass, you can pay the excess amount through cash, debit, or credit card.

What if my purchase amount from SM is LESS than my Digital Gift Pass amount?

Your purchase should be equal or greater than your Digital SM Gift Pass amount. The Digital SM Gift Pass is valid for one-time use only. Any unused amount will be forfeited.

Can I convert my Digital SM Gift Pass to cash?

No, the Digital SM Gift Pass cannot be converted to cash.

What items can I buy with Digital SM Gift Pass?

No, a printed Digital SM Gift Pass will not be accepted. Please present the code at the cashier using your mobile phone or any electronic device.

Can I cancel my SM Gift Pass loan in Plentina?

No, we do not allow loan cancellation for this brand. Please review loan terms carefully before accepting the loan.

Can I present a printed barcode to the cashier?

You can buy any item that they offer in their physical stores.
