How do I apply for a loan?

 Applying for a Plentina store credit loan is easy!

  1. Download the latest Plentina App on the Google Play Store.

  2. Enter and verify your mobile number.

  3. Enter and verify your email address. 

  4. Complete the personal details listed for your profile.

  5. Take a selfie! Write down "#UnlockYourPotential" and "<date of registration>" then take a selfie holding up the tag 

  6. Take a photo of 1 Valid Philippine government-issued ID.

  7. Get notified on your phone when a loan offer is available for you!

What are the requirements?

Plentina will require the following for your registration:

  1. Your phone's mobile number

  2. Personal information to complete your profile

  3. One (1) Valid Philippine government-issued ID

  4. For CLiQQ loans, an active CLiQQ wallet to receive our loans

  5. For SMART loans, an active SMART or TNT prepaid mobile number is required

  6. For PLDT WIFI loans, an active PLDT Prepaid Home WIFI Modem and the myPLDT app installed on your smartphone to view your load wallet and to avail of PLDT WIFI Prepaid promos. 

  7. Repayment using GrabPay, GCash, or Over-The-Counter at 7-Eleven

Which Philippine government-issued IDs can I photograph for verification?

We accept the following forms of Philippine government-issued IDs at launch:​

  1. Passport 

  2. Driver's License Card (Professional, Non-Professional, and Student’s Permit)

  3. Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)

  4. TIN ID

  5. SSS ID

  6. PhilHealth ID

  7. PRC ID

  8. PhilPost ID

  9. Voter’s ID

  10. Senior Citizen’s ID

  11. PWD ID

  12. OFW ID

  13. IBP Card

  14. GSIS e-Card

  15. Seaman’s ID

 

*ID Design must have the holder’s Photo and Birthdate

What do I do if an error shows up when I sign up or if I can't get past the submission of my selfie and ID?

We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please make sure that your Plentina app is updated to the latest version on Google Playstore and retry your registration using a different WIFI connection from what you are currently using.

How is my credit score determined?

Plentina leverages alternative sources of creditworthiness data, including retail transaction history and mobile data to discover new ways to qualify you for credit. To ensure your privacy we only use data you have allowed our partners to share with Plentina, and data you have directly provided Plentina.

How long will it take to process my application?

As long as complete and correct information was provided in your application, yours should be successfully processed within a day. Applications received outside business hours may be approved on the next working day.

Why can’t I log-in?

Please make sure you have registered with the correct password and email address in mind. Double-check what you have typed and make sure that there are no typos and errors. If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot Password” link on the log-in page for you to reset to your desired password.
